Choosing the Right Offshore Firm

  • News

It’s no secret that many of the large outsourcing companies are capable of leveraging quantity. To achieve their goals, they have to hire a lot of people, which means they are forced to be somewhat indiscriminate about who they hire. Their junior employees are eager to please, but they tend to be unskilled, with little experience, and paid very little. In a large outsourcing team such as this, the work is often redundant, offering developers very little challenge. Because of this lack of challenge, the turnover is high.

Second, excellence knows no bounds; geography, language, and culture cannot diminish true excellence. So when looking for programming excellence in India, Canada, Mexico, or the United States, it might seem interesting that eyes turn towards eastern Europe – specifically to Budapest, Hungary. The next NewTech Meetup is coming - Wednesday, 7 March, @Impro

  • News
  • Meetup

After the 5th Birthday Party the organizers recovered themselves and created the menu for the next Meetup in March. Just two months ago Index had a story about Hungarian "home-made" aquaponic solarhouse, now on the Meetup you can find out how it works.

First we heard about aquaponia we thought it is about a swimming pony, but Peter Gonczi cleared the picture quickly: it is much more behind the scenes. It has something to do with symbiont fishes and parsley, and maybe with the old joke as well: it's nothing when you throw it up but when it's back, it's a tractor.
